What Is a Carer App?

A carer app is the mobile side of home care software. It is what care workers use on their rounds: to see where they're going next, check in and out, follow the care plan's tasks, record medication and write up each visit.

For the agency, the app is where the record of care is made. If it is quick to use at the door, notes are fuller and visit times are accurate. If it records everything straight into the office system, managers see problems the same day.
