This website, weaim.io, is operated by Aim Automations Ltd (“AIM”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in England & Wales and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZC041418). This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on this website, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. 2) What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, cached files and tracking pixels. We refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.

Some are set by us (first-party). Others are set by services we embed or use, such as our booking calendar or video player (third-party).

3) Strictly necessary

These make the website work and cannot be switched off. They do not identify you personally.

• Site cache (service worker): stores pages, styles and images on your device so repeat visits load quickly and the site works on weak connections.
• Your cookie choice: remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so we do not ask on every page.
• Security: our hosting provider may set technical cookies to protect the website from abuse.

4) Functional (embedded services)

Some features are provided by trusted third parties. When you use them, those providers may set their own cookies to deliver the service:

• Demo booking calendar: lets you choose a time and book a demo, and remembers your progress through the booking steps.
• Voice assistant (“Talk to AIM”): loads only when you start a conversation and uses cookies to keep the session connected.
• Video player (Wistia): plays our films and records basic playback information, such as whether a video was watched.
• Fonts (Google Fonts): delivers the typefaces used on this site. No cookies are set, but your IP address is sent to Google to load the files.

5) Analytics and advertising

With your consent only, we may use analytics and advertising tools to understand how the website is used and to measure our campaigns. These include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel.

They help us see which pages are useful, which adverts bring visitors to us, and whether a visit led to a demo booking. They are not loaded unless you say yes in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary or functional cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working.

7) The AIM platform

This policy covers the public website only. The AIM platform (app.weaim.io and the AIM mobile apps) uses strictly necessary cookies and secure storage for sign-in, session management and security. Use of the platform is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing terms.

We may update this policy when we change the tools we use. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
